‍And you definitely answered one of my questions there. I was definitely curious about how many artists and users you guys currently have, um, so I want to look at a little bit, um, an understanding obviously in web 3, especially that like road maps always pivot but looking at your guys's roadmap for 2023 like where do you guys uh see what you have kind of on the site right now from a from a roadmap standpoint, um, the NFT drop campaign, the mobile applications, um, the label licensing Integrations what does that look like for you guys in 2023, time frame wise like what should we be expecting to see from Tune FM because I know I was on a Twitter space with you, like maybe a week or two ago, and you seemed very excited about like where 2023 was heading for Tune FM so I would love for you to tell the audience.

‍Yeah, so, um, the biggest thing that's happening is the public rollout of the music and NFT marketplace. Um, so we've already deployed to production a few weeks ago and been testing and doing a lot of different things and then we're going to be onboarding our sort of white list of Artists and private beta, um, whitelists users and then once uh things are looking good, um, we're going to make a big splash and uh announce this publicly and open it up to everyone. Um, and we also have our HashPack integration so we recently integrated with HashPack so we're going to be doing some stuff around that with uh the HashPack team and um so that's the you know the first Quarter is entirely focused on rolling out and marketing um and this music NFT marketplace and getting artists to do exclusive drops and you know leveraging our relationships to bring some really exciting content to the platform form and then the focus is going to shift to the mobile app experience getting that you know nailed away and then um and then towards the end of the year, um looking to shift the focus to the major label Integrations which is really just getting the full license catalog um of like what Spotify and Apple music has so we're going to have all that plus more uh ultimately and so um but that is there's the technical hurdle there as well so hopefully by the end of the year we'll have everything really rolling with music NFT marketplace, all the content that you could ever want uh and the mobile app experience uh desktop experience you know everything.

‍That's awesome. Um, and I know like from the from the we weren't able to talk about it too much but like from the JAM token perspective like can you can you touch base on like how the JAM token like functions within the ecosystem of Tune FM it's just maybe like a like a high level overview like what all the capabilities and the purposes of the token within the platform represent?

‍Yeah, so um, Jam is basically our native currency and because it's an HTS asset it's a layer one native asset says all the same performance um and High Fidelity that hbar has um but um we can essentially use JAM to create rewards and incentivize users for example when you sign up you get the Thousand JAM but there's many other things like when you refer a Friend you can get um earn more Jam based on who signs up with your uh your invite link um and of course you can use Jam to promote your music um the main underlying sort of Commodities Music streaming, so our motto is when the music gets played the artist gets paid. So for every second of music streaming, uh, Jam is being used to send micro payments uh from the listener to the artist and if the artist is promoting that, they would be sending from the artist listener um and so all the value exchange is happening on the platform via Jam and also the music NFT marketplace that we're launching is entirely denominated in JAM as well, so everything will be bought, sold and traded in jam and priced in JAM and um so basically if you're using Tune FM, we're using Jam. So there's a lot of uses there. I mean there's also a lot of third-party uses of Jam, of course you can stake into farms and earn yield and Saucer Swap, Heli Swap and there's a few more DEX’s launching and we'll be participating there potentially. We're going to be launching also single-sided sticking with Stader and so there's other sort of ways that Jam can be used. NFM is basically a Jam exclusive Platform so if you want to use Tune FM and all the services and products within Tune FM then you need Jam.

‍Thank you for the answer, I appreciate it um and you touched on a little bit as well but from the exchange standpoint, I think you guys are already on 20 plus exchanges, can you maybe go over I mean it's pretty like it's pretty impressive when you go to the Tune FM site and see how many partner Integrations or partners that you guys have, wallets you guys are participating within um you know a couple of names stick out to me you know the Animoca uh animal I always mispronounce anime yeah um touch base on those partners like maybe a little bit like you know as far as you know the onboarding process with how many you guys have now and what do you consider like moving forward like from a partnership standpoint or there's some things in the works that you guys can't necessarily talk about yet? I always kind of have to ask those questions.

‍There's so much in the works that I haven't yet announced um it almost overwhelming amount of things um mostly surrounding the different artists that were working with to do the music NFT drops and different celebrities um um but I'd say um there's also a lot of underlying product infrastructure stuff so we recently overhauled um and upgraded our KYC system using a very advanced AI technology called Sardine, so you can do you know level three KYC document verification, liveness verification, all this uh very smart stuff with that um also the fiat on-ramping and off-ramping we have several partners for that uh internationally we use into coin, we're integrating now with Banxa uh so you'll be able to have your um us as well as international and fiat on-ramp and off-ramp so you'll be able to off-ramp your JAM on platform with Banxa and then Sardine is also rolling out over the next few months their fiat on-ramp and off-ramp so that might take you know into the middle of the year before that we see that but that would be a native API integration for that, um, and they're planning to also integrate Saucer Swap for swapping assets natively, and so and then we've got the HashPack thing I mentioned so being able to connect your HashPack and view your NFTs on Tune FM and transfer very easily between the different wallets that you have, um, and um, yeah, I mean there's a lot sort of going on. Um and then of course, the team is working on dozens of things uh right now um, so yeah, I mean we're always improving things and uh there's a lot rolling out um, you know we're putting together stuff for the music NFT marketplace of course but there's also many other initiatives uh under the hood so uh yeah uh, just stay tuned, there's more to come.

‍Well, you guys heard it here first uh, certainly looking uh forward, Andrew, to seeing the music NFT marketplace roll out, very much so looking forward to the HashPack uh integration um and watching you guys kind of just continue expanding and releasing and launching and I'm really excited to see some of the uh the uh you know the announcements that are gonna you know naturally come with the with the music NFT marketplace rolling out as far as artists um and partners.
