HashGuild is proud to present the first-ever permissionless NFT Bidding feature on Hedera Hashgraph!

Our brand new feature means that you'll be able to place an offer on any NFT available on our NFT Marketplace, irrespective of whether it is listed or not.

This is a feature that many have requested and is considered an industry standard across all other Blockchains and DLTs out there. Whether we're talking about OpenSea, LooksRare, or Magic Eden, the ability to permissionlessly view and bid on any NFT under a given collection is a given, and we're excited to bring this feature to Hedera for the first time!

How does it work?

The best part is that this feature update is fairly simple and self explanatory! Browsing our marketplace you'll find tons of NFTs and Collections. Find the NFT that you've had your eye on for a while, or the one that represents you best, and hit the 'Place Bid' button, enter your Bid Amount, and sign the transaction using HashPack!

Users who receive bids on their NFTs will be notified via the HashGuild notification system, and the same goes if your bid is accepted.

We've also inserted a guard rail to prevent users from receiving 'Spam' bids, which means that users can only place bids that are either above 50% of the NFTs price, or the price floor of the overall collection (if the NFT is unlisted).
