These Supplemental Terms govern your access to and use of the SODAX-powered tokenized stock feature within HashPack (the “Feature”). They form an agreement between you and HashPack INC, a Wyoming corporation (“HashPack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Supplemental Terms supplement the HashPack Terms of Service (“General Terms”). Both apply to your use of the Feature. If there is a conflict, these Supplemental Terms control solely in relation to the Feature, except that the General Terms’ governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions remain unchanged.
By selecting “Agree and continue,” or otherwise expressly accepting these Supplemental Terms, you agree to be bound by them and the General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Feature.
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If acting for an entity, you must have authority to bind that entity.
The Feature and particular assets may be unavailable or inappropriate for use in certain jurisdictions. You must not use the Feature where prohibited by applicable law or where restrictions imposed by HashPack or the applicable third-party provider make you ineligible.
You represent that your use does not violate applicable sanctions and that you are not acting for a person or entity prohibited from accessing the Feature. You must not circumvent geographic restrictions or other eligibility controls.
We may restrict access to the Feature or particular assets based on location, eligibility, legal requirements, or third-party restrictions.
HashPack provides an interface that displays information and submits requests you authorize to third-party SODAX infrastructure. HashPack does not itself execute or settle your transactions, issue the tokenized stocks available through the Feature, or take custody of your assets through its provision of the interface.
By using the Feature, you also agree to comply with the applicable SODAX Terms of Use in connection with your use of SODAX services. Those terms govern your relationship with the relevant SODAX service provider and apply in addition to these Supplemental Terms and the General Terms.
Execution and settlement depend on third-party infrastructure, protocols, smart contracts, liquidity, and networks. HashPack does not control or guarantee their operation, security, availability, or performance.
Making an asset available through the Feature does not constitute a recommendation or a guarantee of its legitimacy, value, liquidity, or suitability.
The assets accessed through the Feature are blockchain-based tokens associated with stocks. You should not assume that acquiring a token is equivalent to acquiring the underlying share directly or that it provides the same shareholder rights or investor protections.
Token prices may differ from the prices of the referenced stocks. Trading availability, liquidity, and pricing may be affected by underlying market hours, market disruption, issuer actions, network conditions, and third-party restrictions.
You may lose some or all of the funds involved in a transaction. Additional risks include software defects, smart-contract exploits, cyberattacks, inaccurate information, network failures, delayed settlement, and failure of third parties to perform.
You are responsible for understanding the asset and assessing these risks before authorizing a transaction.
Before approving a request, review the asset, amount, network, destination address, spending permissions, applicable fees, and any minimum output or other execution conditions.
Displayed prices and quotes may change or expire before authorization. A displayed estimate is distinct from any minimum output or other condition included in the request you approve.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be executed or completed within a particular time. A pending or confirmed transaction on one network does not necessarily establish that all related execution or settlement steps have completed.
HashPack cannot unilaterally reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction or guarantee cancellation of a submitted request. You remain responsible for securing your wallet and authorizing only requests you understand.
Review the transaction information presented before authorizing a request. Estimated charges may differ from actual charges, and network costs may be incurred even if a transaction does not complete.
HashPack receives a share of revenue from SODAX in connection with use of the Feature. HashPack therefore has a financial interest in transactions conducted through the Feature.
Except where required by applicable law, all fees and charges are non-refundable, and HashPack does not provide refunds for transactions submitted through the Feature, including unsuccessful transactions.
This policy does not alter the operation of a protocol that releases or returns unspent assets following an unfulfilled request. Such a release or return is not a refund provided by HashPack, and HashPack does not guarantee its availability or timing.
Information displayed through the Feature—including prices, asset descriptions, and quotes—is not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
You make your own transaction decisions and are responsible for determining whether an asset or transaction is appropriate for you. HashPack does not promise returns or assess your individual financial circumstances. You are responsible for applicable taxes and reporting obligations.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, and privacy policies identified in connection with those services. Access through HashPack does not remove those requirements.
Third-party information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. HashPack does not guarantee the accuracy of asset information, market prices, transaction estimates, or other third-party content.
Our processing of personal information remains subject to HashPack’s Privacy Policy. Blockchain transactions and associated wallet addresses may be publicly visible.
You must not use the Feature for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, or exploitation of software or smart-contract vulnerabilities.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Feature or support for particular assets. Restricting interface access does not itself cancel a pending transaction or release assets committed to a protocol.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Feature is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accurate information, successful execution, or freedom from security vulnerabilities.
The General Terms’ warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity provisions apply to your use of the Feature.
Nothing in these Supplemental Terms excludes liability or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of the General Terms apply to these Supplemental Terms, including their applicable arbitration and class-action provisions.
HashPack’s incorporation in Wyoming does not change those provisions.
We may revise these Supplemental Terms and will update the date above. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain renewed acceptance where required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively modify the terms of a transaction already authorized.
