If transactions are failing in HashPack and you receive the TRANSACTION_EXPIRED or INVALID_TRANSACTION_START error messages, then your device time isn't properly synced.

It’s important that the time on your device is accurate. You can check if your device time is synced properly by visiting Time.is.

How to set the date and time automatically on Mac or Windows.

If you're on a mobile device, review the steps below to make sure your device is set to the correct time.

Update date & time on your iOS device

  1. From your home screen, go to Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Click Date & Time.
  4. Make sure that the option Set Automatically is turned on.
  5. If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.

You may need to restart your device and/or HashPack for this change to take effect.

  1. Tap Settings to open the Settings menu.
  2. Tap Date & Time.
  3. Tap Automatic.
  4. If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.
